Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment method. There is nothing to cancel or refund.

• Pro Monthly is $2.99 per month; Pro Annual is $29.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You are charged at the start of each period, using the payment method you provided, through Stripe.

Sign in, open Billing, and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel in a few clicks, any time, without contacting us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops renewing and your account returns to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date shown on the Billing page. If you cannot sign in, email support@chesspandit.com and we will help you cancel.

If you were charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge, including a renewal charge, and we will review your request. We may grant a full or partial refund at our discretion, for example if you were charged by mistake, did not intend to renew, or could not use the Service because of a problem on our side.

Charges older than 7 days are generally not refundable, and we do not refund partial unused periods after the window. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved.
